Branding for a new music festival experience taking place in Boston.
The brief.
Triptic Arts Festival is an experimental festival that combines unconventional mix of music ranging from alternative to electro and indie pop with immersive light and sound installations. The festival seeks to introduce a new sensory approach to the usual festival experience. The target demographic for the festival is between 18-30 yo, college educated and artistically inclined.
The design solution.
The design for Triptic revolves around the festival concept: the focus on the hyper-sensorial experience the festival will offer though the alchemy of music, sound, light and visual installations and artistic performances. The final design expresses this journey of the senses though the color palette, typography and psychedelic juxtaposition of images and graphics.
