HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
There’s no straightforward answer to this question. Projects and clients are different in terms of scope and sizing and therefore the investment packages are customized to the clients needs, as there is no one-size-fits-all solution to pricing. Thoughtful branding takes time when done correctly, from research phase, to strategy and design. And since design is a business investment after all, I usually charge a value-based pricing, meaning that the price is based on what my work is worth to the clients business.
HOW SOON CAN WE START A PROJECT?
All projects are first come, first serve and booked months in advance. I take up to two clients a month to maximize the design process with each individual. CAN I GET A LOGO NEXT WEEK?
GOOD design, takes time. The logos we all love and see out there were the results of tons of research, craft, customized strategy, thousands of sketches and iterations. I don’t want to compromise the quality of the work or give you a design that I know could have been 10 times better. The quickest time frame to get your business equipped with the basics is estimated at 6 weeks (See Micro Branding Package explained on the SERVICES page).
HOW DO I KNOW WE ARE A GOOD MATCH?
Before inquiring about my design services, you can have a look at the case studies in my WORK page and see if you like my design process & style. Moreover, before I book your project, I like to have a quick call to go over your thoughts and ideas for your new brand ! This allows both of us to see if we are a good match.
HOW DO I KNOW WHICH DESIGN PACKAGE BEST SUITS MY NEEDS?

WHAT IF I NEED HELP AFTER MY PROJECT ENDS?
There are 2 ways we can continue to work together:
Retainer: We can arrange a certain number of hours per week or month, or we can create a task-based schedule, depending on your exact needs.
Hourly: If your brand support needs aren’t systematic yet, I’m happy to work on an hourly basis
DO YOU OFFER WEBSITE DESIGN?
I do website design but I don’t do the development, aka coding and getting a website up and running. Customizable templates might work up to a point but for anything more complex, I prefer to entrust this part to skilled, professional web developers - your business will benefit more from this.
Note: For really simple and straightforward website needs (i.e. portfolio page, small restaurant, presentation website, etc) I am more than happy to help you via Squarespace or other platform, with minor CSS implementation.
ONCE I SIGN THE CONTRACT, WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP?
After the signed contract is delivered, I will sent a detailed project timeline and will dive right into the process with the Brand Discovery Questionnaire. This is fundamental for our work as it has customized questions that really narrow down your brand/business vision, details and goals.
